there's a what? where?

We are habitual visitors to Martha's Vineyard. There's no place like it. One of the island's attractions is the lack of traffic light. Yes, there's the blinker, but that's just providing a helping hand at the four-way stop. This September we were surprised to see actual red/yellow/green traffic lights during bridge work between Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. Thank goodness they're just temporary!
