I can't say enough about cooking classes at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. What a blast! I finished up the Back to Basics series on Tuesday. Below are some pictures from our last class. My partner and I made Beef Tenderloin with Sauce Robert -- yum! Other dishes pictured include Poached Salmon, Poached Eggs with Chipotle Hollandaise, and Chicken Allemande. Also, Chef Scott gave a demonstration on making fresh pasta...mmmm, delicious :-)
